Where does the apostrophe go in 'babies nappies' please (where there is more than one baby) (and each baby has a nappy!)

Hello, Laura.
The apostrophe always goes immediately after the "possessor(s)" of the thing(s) in question. In this case the babies are the possessors, so it's "the babies' nappies".
In the case of one baby, the same rule would apply, i.e. "the baby's nappies".
