Ak, oxymorons - my favourite!
Geographically-knowledgable taxi driver (London black cabs ecepted); Restaurant non-smoking section; Aeroplane non-smoking section; (Latter two now rather outdated fortunately): Public swimming pool non-urinating section; Considerate dog-walker (Perhaps a bit harsh - I did once spot a dog-walker clean up after his dog)..
Others?

Outrageous! Dangerously close to police-state tactics! I would say that already we are into a police-state situation. Just think that this message could be under scrutiny right now and if I should type in a "trigger" word, name or phrase, then they may come in the small hours and pass amongst me! TfS

I note the absences from Pete's list: MIs 7, 12, 13, 15, 16, and 18. Too secret even to have an assigned area? I bet MI7 is Estonia ...

Tonight NBC (a US television network) replayed the first episode aired as NBC's Saturday Night from 1975; Comedian George Carlin, recently passed at age 71, was the guest host. He used "Military Intelligence" as an example of "two words that don't go together." (He also pointed out "jumbo shrimp.")
