I have never read so many words in one paragraph which I have never heard before. It would be good if someone can show definitively where bogan comes from and even better if it never comes to the UK.

Well, LJH, you have your chav, so no need for bogan, westie, bevan, booner, chigga, etc. (No doubt bogan has reached the UK viewers of Aussie soaps such as Neighbours, which I gather is still running, though I've not seen it since the 1970s, thank the gods.)
