I just received a message and it's had me puzzled. The text was: "Can I get a job like your's?" [you can probably guess why I got that comment whilst posting on here at work ] The "your's" doesn't sit well with me. Is it correct? Is it some form of contraction of "yours is"? I'm confused .

Vadim: You are correct in suspecting your's of being wrong.
Possessives of pronouns do not take an apostrophe: hers, his, ours, yours, theirs, its ... .
