So, I'm making a name badge for someone who is the secretary for our numerous speakers. Where do I put the apostrophe, please?

Hi
Here's a helpful "rule": whenever you use an apostrophe to show "possession", the "owner" (or beneficiary) is what comes right in front of the apostrophe. So:
The speaker's secretary - the secretary of (or for) the speaker. The speakers' secretary - the secretary of (or for) the speakers.
So, as there are numerous speakers, you need the second one.
Hope that helps!

Or you could opt for the adjectival (rather than possessive) speaker (or speakers) secretary. The former is fairly uncontroversial; the latter could attract some flak.

I'm with Vv there. Use adjectival (and it's neater on a name badge).
