Hello everybody Please help me out with following sentences: When my niece returns from school and I ask her. A: How was your day? B: How's been your day? Are both correct? A: What did you do today? B:What have you done today? C: What were you doing today? D: What have you been doing today? Are all of the correct? Do all of the mean the same or not? I am a bit confused right now. Can somebody help me? Thank you Baxo

Welcome, Baxo.
Both are correct and both mean the same, although B is perhaps a little out-of-date in terms of modern usage; "How's your day been?" might sound better.
Again, all are correct and all mean the same within the context you've described.
