In the below sentence, is parts' inputs correct. It doesn't "sound "right"
Most of Japan’s exports to Asia serve as capital or parts' inputs for these countries’ own exports.

Your parts here is describing input, not "possessing" it. As adjectives aren't apostrophised, parts here is left alone. (The apostrophe on countries' is, however, correct.)
