I'm starting to feel a little queasy.

I can get them going in either direction too. (Perhaps it's particularly applicable to Suesans?)

I can get them going in either direction too. (Perhaps it's particularly applicable to Suesans?) The female brain is more likely to observe them spinning anti-clockwise on account of the dominant hemisphere in question. How do we all get on with Paul's Administrator avatar, which I can also get to spin in either direction. (Susan, I like the way the men insist that the avatar is spinning in only one direction, as if we are incapable of understanding what we see!)Incidentally, Twoddle, what is there on the disc? If I can bring myself to look at it for any length of time, I get the impression of a flat-iron sitting on a penny-farthing bicycle!. Sue

It seems to depend on where I have put my head.

>the colours should be stationary<If they were printed on paper, would they also be stationery? (But how solve the problem?) I've adjusted the monitor (by reducing green in relation to red and blue). I can just see it now, with careful examination, but I don't like the overall bluey display. Of course, as we all know, plastic spectacle lenses start to attenuate as the blue is approached (and they kill most of the UV). And I can make the Paul avatar spin either way, at will, but the Twoddle has the edge view to lock it. So it's not female left-brain, but mayhap lack of attention to detail. Tone Ah ha! I just tried it with the glasses off. Now I see the blue -- but I have to be about 4 inches from the screen to see the words! And I'm no way going back to the weight of glass lenses at around -8 dioptres! (Could we have red or green, Sir?) Tone again

(Could we have red or green, Sir?) Red or green both look hideous. What about a brighter blue, like this?

Remember the "Prisoner" series with Patrick McGoohan, Sue? I've been hoping no one would ask. The answer is "no"!Don't tell me he escaped on a penny-farthing after lobbing a flat-iron at a warder! Sue

Paul, the bright blue is better. I haven't been finding the dark blue easy to spot, either.
